At Peak to Peak we function as a professional family. Within our organization we have over 30 employees who are Colorado residents including our Insurance Claims Specialists, Project Managers and Construction Experts. One of the main reasons our team is so cohesive is the care and experience our core management brings to the table and the resulting inspiration provided. Liza Hedden
Adds value to your #1 asset by being the Accounts Manager
After 13 years of Colorado living, Liza is very happy to call it home. As an “Air Force brat”, she has traveled extensively and is the only one of her siblings that was not born on an island. A graduate from the United States Air Force Academy, Liza has worked as an Active Duty and Reserve Intelligence Officer. When she is not managing accounts she can be found enjoying devotional time and listening to Contemporary Christian Music. Liza brings a cool combination of efficiency and style to the team.

Damen Vagge
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Damen has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. Damen’s desire is for each homeowner to have a lasting relationship with a general contractor they know and trust, who will be honest with them and maintain integrity throughout the entire process. He is passionate about what he does and pushes Peak to Peak to do its best in caring for its customers. When Damen is not at Peak to Peak you will find him humbly serving his family, attending the School of Ministry, serving at church, and diligently studying the Scriptures. He applies the foundational principles taught in the Bible to come alongside the men and women who make up our team and push them to the next level.

Jerry “J.J.” Hedden
Leading by Example as the Co-Owner/General Manager
JJ started roofing at the tender age of 12. It remained his love and work all through college. After a short stint with studying medicine, he decided that his long time area of expertise required his full attention. That’s when he started this business. Fluent in both Spanish and English, when JJ is not working at the heart of the company to make sure that it is developing to the Peak of Customer Service, you will find him diligently serving his family as well as serving in church as the missions pastor. JJ takes the timeless principles and truths found in the Bible and applies them to everyday living, including growing & developing Peak to Peak Roofing and Exteriors and the men and women who make up the team.
